Unless REQUESTED, Your Order will be packaged in ONE Jewelry Box. If your order includes more than one item or more than one recipient and you require additional Jewelry Boxes, please include your request in the "Notes to Seller" Box at Checkout.

A little reminder about properly caring for your jewelry; Tarnishing of ANY jewelry is possible and probable if you do not care for your jewelry properly! Please don't get your jewelry damp, or by any means, wet! Moisture causes tarnishing. Causes of tarnishing can include, but are not limited to; showering, swimming and bathing with your jewelry, sweating, hair products such as hair spray, face/body lotion, and even hand washing. The moral of the story is to please remove ALL jewelry before any of these activities!

Each item in our shop is MADE TO ORDER! Orders can take between 1 - 5 Business Days to create and prepare for Shipment. We use the USPS First Class Mail to ship our orders, and DO NOT ship orders on Weekends or Holidays. Priority Mail Shipping Upgrades are available at checkout.
All of our orders ship with a tracking number! Once your order ships, it should take between 2 - 5 Business Days to reach you. Once your Package is received and scanned by the USPS, the USPS takes over responsibility for your package. If you have any issues with your shipped package, we are happy to try to help, but your best resource is your local Post Office and your package Tracking Number.

We offer Fancy Style Settings and Standard Style Settings for our 12mm Size Druzy Earrings. Our Standard Earring Settings have a SMOOTH, ROUNDED EDGE. Our Fancy Earring Settings have a CROWN SHAPED, FANCY EDGE. Please see our Shop Photos above for a Photo comparing the two styles!

Our Standard Settings and Fancy Settings are available in all of our Finishes and in BOTH Studs and Leverback Earring Styles. Fancy Settings are NOT available in Clip On Earrings at this time. As always, send us an ETSY MESSAGE for ANY questions!

Discount Codes must be entered at time of checkout. Refunds WILL NOT be given if you forget to enter your Discount Code. Sale Prices are automatically configured at checkout. Discount Codes and Sales cannot be combined. Only one Discount Code per Customer. Discount Codes CANNOT be shared or transferred. Any unauthorized manipulation of Discount Codes will result in your Order being Cancelled. You may only use each Discount Code ONCE per Customer. If we are running a SALE, you may not use a Discount Code. Any orders placed during a SALE with a Discount Code attached will be CANCELLED.

You are responsible for providing your CORRECT and current address to Etsy for Shipping. We ship all packages using USPS First Class Shipping with Tracking (or Priority Mail 1-3 Day Shipping if you paid for upgraded Shipping). PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE!
Once we hand over your package to the USPS, they assume responsibility for your package.
We ARE NOT responsible for lost packages. The legal responsibility lies with the USPS. We do not refund for Lost packages. If your package is returned to us, we will charge you a shipping fee to reship the package to you. Or we will issue a refund for your order minus a restocking fee of 50% of your order total if you choose to NOT have the package resent. Shipping fees WILL NOT be refunded.
