For Digital Download Buyers: I can't find my digital files. How do I download them?

Answer: Once payment is confirmed, log into Etsy using a web browser (like Safari or Chrome) on your computer, phone, or tablet. Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and click Download Files next to your order. Please note: The Etsy mobile app does not support downloading digital files. You must use a web browser to access your downloads.

For Digital Download Buyers: My cutting software won't open the SVG. How do I fix this?

Answer: First, make sure you have fully extracted (unzipped) the downloaded ZIP folder before uploading. Cricut users: Use the SVG file. Silhouette users: If you have the free Basic Edition, use the DXF file. If you have the paid Designer Edition or higher, use the SVG. If you still have trouble, message us and we’ll happily help!
