These cute earrings are made with a 10mm Swarovski crystal heart in gorgeous deep blue heliotrope, which shimmers with lovely shades of blue and swirls of purples. With the wire hooks shown, they measure 7/8” length. We currently offer several wire hook types in different metals and designs. They Include:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the date received, for whatever reason. Please contact us via Etsy Convo to make arrangements.

A Return Authorization Form from us is required for all returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS:
Upon our receipt of the returned item in it's original condition, we will issue a refund via the original payment method for the item amount (less shipping.). Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

CUSTOM ITEMS:
Custom items are made to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns for custom ordered items. (This includes custom changes to a pre-designed item.) Please be as SPECIFIC as possible when placing a custom order so we can do our best to create the piece you have in mind. If your piece is not what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss why.

REPAIRS:
If your piece needs a repair due to either workmanship or faulty findings, we will cover your shipping costs and *repair* your item at no cost.

If your piece is stamped incorrectly due to our error, we are happy to replace it. However, if the error is in the text you provide for us to stamp, we cannot replace your item for free. (We will do our best, in this circumstance, to rush turnaround if you order a replacement.)

That being said, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us prior to leaving feedback, and we will do everything we can to fix it. It's our highest priority that you are completely happy with your purchase!

INTERNATIONAL RETURNED PACKAGES:
If your package is returned to us marked "not called for" (which means you did not pick up your order from the customs/post office) you are responsible for the cost of shipping the package to you a second time.

We use USPS to ship. UPS and FedEx simply are not cost effective. All orders are shipped First Class unless of course you order quite a few items and the package no longer qualifies, then we ship Priority. Or unless you purchase the shipping upgrade we offer.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING:
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This email generates the moment we print the shipping label, please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update the tracking information.

If you need rush shipping, please send us a message and we can work something out.

ABOUT OUR MATERIALS:

-Aluminum is our favorite material for rings and bracelets. It won't turn your skin green, it won't oxidize or tarnish, and it's so lightweight, you might even forget you're wearing it! Because it doesn't oxidize, the letters are darkened with an oil-based ink. If the ink begins to fade over time, you can re-darken the lettering with a sharpie, and polish off the excess with a polish pad.

-Copper & brass will naturally oxidize to a dark finish over time. This can easily be polished out with a polish pad or sunshine polishing cloth. Both metals react with moisture (sweat, water, perfume, etc.) to turn skin green. It's not painful or itchy, and will wash right off, however if you would prefer not to deal with this issue, we recommend aluminum for your jewelry.
