Due to the intangible nature of the item you cannot be refunded, but if ever you purchased a file with the wrong machine file format I can still send you the file with the correct file format in the case where the item is available in my shop.

To install BX fonts just simply double click on the BX font installation files.

The font machine files are compressed into a Zip folder, you will need to extract them first before copying the files on your thumb drive.

When the file is in a folder, just copy the file to your machine, not the folder.

The custom order machine files are sent to your Etsy email a few minutes after you made the purchase and not later than 12 hours after in case I am off line.

To remove an imported BX font from your Embrilliance software: Go to the location of the font on your computer. You can use File Explorer to do this.

Computer>Documents>Embrilliance>Fonts>Imported

You will probably see a folder containing the font you want to remove. Inside the folder are two files for each font:

fontname.bf
fontname.lf

Select both the .bf and .lf files for the font you wish to remove.

Delete them. Close and reopen your Embrilliance program and you will see they are gone.

Use the "Go To Folder..." command in the Finder Go Menu.

Copy and paste the following in the "Go to the folder:" box.

~/Library/Containers/com.britonleap.Embrilliance/Data/Library/Application Support/Embrilliance/Fonts/Imported /

You will find Each two files for each font, a .bf and a .lf as:

fontname.bf
fontname.lf

Move these two files to some other folder, I use a folder named ' Imported BX fonts Set Aside '.
