Description

This Intoxicating Wine Box is elegantly decorated with hand-tooled leather that has been carved with a floral pattern and classic oak leaves. The ruffled border adds interest and style. It is an upcycled wooden wine box that was in need of some tender loving care. A new leather handle is attached to the domed top of the box. Antique brass clasp and hinge along with decorative brass tacks add that old world accent. Makes a great conversation piece around any bottle of wine.

We hope that you will love each handcrafted item that you receive from Encore Leather Designs. We do our best to describe and photograph each item and will gladly answer your questions. Items featured on Etsy are the actual items that will be shipped unless they are custom orders. However, if you are not satisfied you have 7 business days from the day you receive your order to contact our shop so we can discuss the issue. You can reach us directly at herlindaglasscock@gmail.com. If you decide to return it, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped. Return within 14 business days. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. Refunds will be issued upon arrival of item.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We ship to all US addresses by USPS using Priority Mail. Items are packed for you with care to ensure safe arrival.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped by International First Class mail. Delivery for most shipments is estimated by the US Post Office at 7-10 days. I will ship your order promptly but I have no control over the postal schedule and cannot guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.

If your order does not arrive within 30 days, I can file a claim with the US Post Office. Under USPS regulations, this is the earliest I can make a claim inquiry. It can take an additional 30 days for the Post Office to investigate.

Your parcel may be subject to a customs, duty, or VAT tax. Please be sure to obtain information concerning these taxes in advance since you will be responsible for paying them. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office.

RUSH ORDERS
If you ever need a rush on something, I'll be happy to work with you to speed things up. I'll consult the US Post Office and let you know the altered price. Once you approve, the additional cost will be billed to you via Paypal.

MEASURING YOUR WRIST. To make sure the cuff or bracelet is a good fit for you you can measure in several ways. Use a flexible measuring tape to measure just above the wrist bone. Send your exact wrist measurement and I will add 1/4" for a tight fit, 1/2" for a regular fit, or 3/4" for a loose fit.

If you don't have a tape measure on hand, you can use a piece of cord or ribbon. Wrap it around your wrist just above the wrist bone and mark the point where it overlaps. Then use a ruler to measure the length of the string or ribbon.

ABOUT OUR GEMSTONES. We select stones based upon quality, beauty, brilliance of color, and reputation of the dealer. We make every effort to deal with reputable dealers; however, one never can be totally certain about the quality of the stones being purchased due to a variety of treatments currently used. Many gemstones have been backed, stabilized, or may be composites. This is often reflected in the price. We are committed to providing quality gemstones and to that end will tell you all that we know about each stone we use in our work.

CUSTOM ORDERS. Please contact me if you have a special request. Sometimes you may want a variation of items posted in our shop. Or, you may have an idea you'd like us to try.
