A friend generously loaned me a perfect amethyst specimen from Bou Oudi, Morocco. The "hourglass" zoning in quartz/amethyst isn't unique to this region in Morocco but rarely are they so dynamic, saturated and photogenic.

Styrene backed prints are the same specs/dimensions as the Photographic Print with an additional 2mm substrate back that resists warping and adds durability.

Acrylic mounted prints are dynamic photo prints, face-mounted behind 1/4" plexiglass. The pieces are then mounted with French cleats for secure hanging with a "floated" look. There is no border on these pieces - the image goes right to the edge of the plexiglass. This is a FINISHED PRODUCT. There's nothing else you need to do once you receive it!
