If you chose standard shipping you will receive the certificate of posting but NO Tracking information. For the UK we provide a Signed For service which means there will be online proof of when parcel has been delivered and consigned to the buyer's
address. If there is a delay in the consignment you must simply wait. Once the deadlines have been reached to consider the parcel lost and for us to make a claim to the postal service, we can refund you for the item value. These deadlines depend on your location:
UK deliveries: Refund after 15 working days delay (NOT including Saturday or Sunday)
EU deliveries: Refund after 25 working days delay (NOT including Saturday or Sunday)
Rest of the World deliveries: Refund after 30 working days delay

Of course! If for any reason you don't like or no longer want your item you can send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging.
Please contact us BEFORE sending anything back so we can convo about how to proceed.

If not specified and added at the Check Out when ordering from us, we use Standard Air Mail. This means you will receive a Certificate of Posting but NO tracking information. Neither ourselves or you will be able to see where the parcel is during the transit.
Tracking is available for all countries at added cost at the Check Out. We will then forward you the relative Tracking Number and link to see where you parcel is while on route to you.

A Certificate of Posting is a receipt from the Royal Mail Post Office which highlights the date and time of the shipment made. Also you should see a few details of the delivery address which act as proof that we have shipped your item. We keep this receipt to make future claims on any items once the Royal Mail deadline for lost items has been surpassed. If the delivery details have not been copied correctly by the post office worker this is irrelevant. Only the address on the parcel must be correct.

This depends on where you are and the shipping method used.
Usually for the UK we use Second Class Signed For Post which should take 3-7 working days to arrive (not including Saturday or Sunday!)
For EU, USA and rest of the world you should consider around 10-25 working days.
*Delays can happen due to customs clearance and are outside our control. You may find that one order with us arrives much quicker than another. This is completely random as the shipping method and the preparation times are always the same.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL YOU MUST INFORM US WITHIN 60 DAYS OF SHIPPING. Beyond that we cannot make a claim or investigate

For some products we can customise the order and make it to measure. This may take a bit longer to get ready for shipping but you will always be informed of the times.
For items which have been made especially to a specific size we cannot give refunds. This is because the product cannot be listed on our shop to be sold to the general public as it is a one off piece.

Sterling Silver or Brass Jewelry: Store in an air tight bag away from sunlight and humidity when not worn. Clean with a silver polish cloth or non abrasive microfibre NOT tissue or kitchen roll as these will scratch the metal. DO NOT put multiple items away in the same bag as they may scratch and tarnish more easily. We recommend removing silver jewelry for sport or swimming as acidic sweat or chlorine will tarnish the metal.

We always post the Royal Mail estimated deadlines for parcels in UK and abroad on our Etsy shop by the beginning of November. This is a guide and NOT a fact!
We advise our foreign customers to leave plenty of time for any unforeseen transit delays to avoid disappointment. Closer to Xmas and beyond the deadlines we always advise customers who buy gifts that they will probably not receive them for Xmas and offer a full refund before starting the shipping process. We are NOT obliged to do this as all the relevant info will clearly be written in our shop details.

All our jewelry is Nickel Safe. We have never had a problem or complaint over many years on markets, high street shops and online. If you do for some reason find that you have a reaction to our jewelry or you simply feel unsure when wearing it, you have the right to send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it. We must stress that we need the item to be in saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us BEFORE acting on this and we will discuss how to proceed in Etsy convo.

If you find out after placing the order that the shipping address is wrong try to contact us asap.
When we see an obvious problem we will be the first to get in touch. This is why we stress to ALWAYS check your email and Etsy convos to see if we have written to you.
If you can amend your address in time (well before 24 hours of placing order) we should easily be able to amend these details.
If you realise too late unfortunately there is nothng we can do. If you still want the item you will have to pay again in full. Should the original be sent back to us undelivered and intact we will certainly refund you.
