The mugs were very small (I can’t use a regular Keurig coffee size with them). The design is a sticker and it peeled off after 2 uses.

I apologize that you had a bad experience. Both the size and nature of the design are posted in the product listing. There were also warnings to hand wash sent with the mug and in the shipping email.
