If there is any issue with your item, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt so I can work with you to resolve it.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for new item to be made and re-shipping cost.

Package Theft is not covered with our Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

Any proposed return must be discussed and agreed on. In the case of a return, postage will not be refunded. Return shipping, via First Class or Priority mail tracked and insured, is the responsibility of
the buyer.

Custom Orders
Returned custom orders require my approval and are subject to a 50% refund due to the supplies purchased specifically for the custom order, time spent to create custom piece, my materials and shipping and packaging costs.

For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings cannot be returned.

Seller Error - If return is due to a mistake in your order, return shipping will be paid by seller. Item must be returned within 7 days of notifying seller of problem and must be returned in same condition in which it was sent. If seller receives item back in damaged, in non re- sellable condition, refund will not be given.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% fee if not returned in it's new original condition, and will not include the original shipping costs.

Damaged Purchases
If the Buyer’s purchase was damaged during shipping, I will file a claim with the shipper to begin the refund process. The buyer is required to send me 1) photos of the damaged item/s, 2) photos of the packing materials, and 3) photos of the shipping container/box. In addition, the buyer must be certain to hold on to the damaged item/s and packaging materials in case the shipper wants to inspect them.
