The order delivery time can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered, this is totally normal. If you still won't receive it after 4 weeks, please let me know - I will file a claim about the missing package and the post office will investigate a case. If it will be declared as missing or the process will take longer time than 8 weeks after the order was dispatched, I will issue you a full refund. If the buyer accidentally has order shipped to wrong/nonexistent address the package will most likely eventually be returned to us. The buyer must pay shipping charges again if they would like the package sent again to another address OR place a new order if they do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.
