I had to return the robe as it had missed stitches in several places making in unravel..honestly, very poorly sewn. The seller returned it for me with no problems but wish I would have known the quality before purchasing.

* Update/Customer service is priority: They did contact me ASAP and explained how I was sent the wrong pillows; apparently they have an additional shop selling commercial products. Nonetheless, they immediately sent pillows that do seem to be made-by-hand. And, they took the time to follow up just to ensure I did receive the replacements and that I was happy with them. Initially: This item is NOT handmade. I paid a high amount and made this purchase ONLY because I thought the pillows were hand-crafted, instead they are mass produced from China. I am under the impression that items sold on Etsy are either hand-crafted or vintage. This shop should be removed and penalize.
