All my creations are made by hand and most are one of a kind. Please keep in mind that many of my creations are made in the primitive style which means they are made to look old and worn. I will always tell you in the description what style it is from whimsy to extreme prims.

Refunds and Exchanges: I have thought long and hard on this one and have decided I am going to do for you what I want done for me when I make a purchase.

WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE USPS SAYS YOUR ITEM WAS DELIVERED VIA MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER.. Orders directly from my shop: If for some reason you do not like the item you have received please convo or email me before you do anything. I would like the chance to make you happy. If that can not be arranged then and only then with my permission you will be able to return your item for store credit. The credit will be fore the amount of the creation only and Not for shipping costs. You also would be responsible for returning the item to ME in the same conditon it arrived in. Once it arrives here in Texas, I will issue you a credit for my shoppe.

If you receive an item that is damaged in the mail please convo me and we can talk about what happened and how we can make it right. If you insured your item than we will have to file a claim with USPS .

Custom Orders: Since items are created especially for you, custom orders will be non refundable. At the time the order is agreed upon I will make a listing for your item and list the cost at 50%. That amount is due before the custom order is started. When the order is complete I will send you an invoice for the item and also email you pictures and the second half of the item will include shipping cost.
