I ship from Romania, Europe by registered regular or express mail. Insurance of the package is not included in the shipping fee.

~ to US: on average is 20-30 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that during peak season USPS might use contractor carriers to transport the packages, and this might cause additional delays.
~ to Europe: on average 10 business days. IMPORTANT -considering the Covid-19 international situation, the expected delivery times for Europe are between 15-20 business days.

For express shipping:
- EMS shipping: 7-10 business days to US, Canada, Australia, 5 business days to Europe - IMPORTANT!! FOR THE MOMENT, OUR POSTAL OFFICES DO NOT ACCEPT EMS (EXPRESS) SHIPPING FOR ANY DESTINATIONS. I apologize for this; as soon as the situation returns to normal, express shipping will be again possible.

What is the difference between gold vermeil and gold plated?
Gold plated findings are usually made of a cheap metal such as brass or nickel or any other type of metal covered with electroplated gold. Gold vermeil is sterling silver covered with electroplated gold and is higher in quality. It is also the best option for people who have allergic reactions to metal jewelry.

What is gold filled ?
Gold-filled jewelry is jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or some base metal. The related terms "rolled gold plate" and "gold overlay" may legally be used in some contexts if the layer of gold constitutes less than 5% of the item's weight.
Most high quality gold-filled pieces have the same appearance as high carat gold, and gold-filled items, even with daily wear, can last 10 to 30 years though the layer of gold will eventually wear off exposing the metal underneath. The layer of gold on gold-filled items is 5 to 10 times thicker than that produced by regular gold plating, and 15 to 25 times thicker than that produced by gold electroplate.

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product you want to purchase as well as your location. Please add the item to your cart and select your country. The shipping cost will be shown right under the price of the item.

When will my order be shipped?
Most jewelry items are shipped in 3-5 business days from the order date. The statement necklaces require a bit more time to be produced, these are usually shipped in 5-7 business days from the order date. For custom orders the shipping time will be discussed with each customer.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Until it leaves Romania it can be tracked here https://www.posta-romana.ro/en/track-trace.html and after that, on your local post website.

Can I return purchased items?
Unfortunately, due to the current customs/import rules and regulations, I cannot accept returns from outside the EU.
EU customers - if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please let me know within 3 days from delivery.
I will refund you after the items have been returned in good condition as long as the product is returned within 14 days from delivery with no damage on the item. Please, remember shipping cost is on your responsibility, so I will not be refunding you the shipping.

For custom or personalized items, returns are not accepted. These sales are final. In case you are unsure I will happily take more pictures of the item before you purchase it.

Please be aware the shipping for returns is the buyers' responsibility.

For the parcels which are returned to me for 'unclaimed' reasons, the orders will be refunded but not the shipping costs.
