Returns and exchange details
I want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, feel free to contact me within a week of purchase and we can arrange a return. Once received, item should be unused and in the same condition it was when sent to you. I will refund the purchase price minus shipping after the item has arrived back to me. Please message or e-mail me letting me know you are returning. Thank You!

Shipping policies

I usually ship orders within one to three business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer, but I will do my best to have it out within the week once everything has been finalized.
Items will be shipped out in the USA by USPS First Class or Priority mail. International orders will be shipped International First Class Mail.
International Buyers: International shipments may incur duties and customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
Not responsible for delayed or lost items.

Additional policies

Custom Orders:
If its within my means, I would love to make a custom order for you! If you have something specific in mind, shoot me a message and I'll see if we can work something out! Additional time may be needed if I need to order extra supplies. I require half of the payment to secure the order (non-refundable based on amount of customization and if extra supplies are needed - I will let you know in advance about this), and once completed, I will set up a private listing in my shop and let you know it is available for purchase.

Invoices:
