All sales are final! Please keep in mind that Converse tend to run a half size big. I highly recommend trying on a pair before purchasing. If you already own a pair then you know what size you will need. The size selected is the size you will receive.

I am totally responsible for your item until it's handed over to the United States Postal Service. After
that any delivery issues will have to be taken up with them. Unfortunately, I have no control over the packages at that point. I will make sure your item is handled and packaged in a professional manner. You will not be disappointed with the service of The Cre'Ja Collection. I pay very close attention to detail and always have your best Interest at heart.

Shipping policies

Packages within the United States are sent regular first class or priority mail, which is 3-5 business days delivery with the United States Postal Service. If your outside the United States it takes a little longer. IMPORTANT: As of August 25, 2017 ALL International packages will now be shipped priority mail instead of first class. The difference between priority and first class is as follows: First class- your suppose to receive your package in about 14 days or less but depending on the country it may take longer. After the package leaves the United States tracking is no longer provided outside of America it is out of our hands. Unfortunately, the tracking info provided on first class packages is only good within the United States. Priority mail- your package is due to arrive within 6-10 business days and you are provided a tracking number that will track your package from the United States to the designated country. Priority is a lot more expensive but will ensure tracking. Packages being delivered hasn't been a problem since I started my business with the exception of one, so to ensure exceptional customer service going forward ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES will be sent priority. As I have stated, once I hand your package to the United States Postal Service it is out of my hands. Any issues would need to be addressed with the postal service or customs. A tracking number will be provided with every package, if any issues or concerns arise you will be able to inquire with the tracking info provided. I always go above and beyond to make sure I am doing everything possible on my end to provide great customer service.
