You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Before returning you need to contact us, within 2 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for all returning and postage fees.
All returned goods are refunded minus shipping fee. If there are no shipping costs, we apply 15% of the purchase price a restocking fee.
IMPORTANT: I make a refund only after receiving the parcel and checking if it meets our return requirements - unwashed, unworn, and with a tag.

My items are handmade in LITHUANIA (Europe). I need 3-5 working days to create your products. If you would like to receive your order quicker, please contact with me before ordering.

I cannot be responsible for any import taxes and customs duties you might incur. Sorry, but I do not control and cannot inform you what taxes you will have to pay, as they are different in each country. If in doubt, please contact your country's customs office for information.
