VINTAGE BUFFALO SABRES VS PITTSBURGH PENGUINS 2008 NHL WINTER CLASSIC HOODIE SWEATSHIRT

This is from the inaugural outdoor NHL Winter Classic game between the Buffalo Sabres and Pittsburgh penguins in 2008. The game was played at Ralph Wilson Stadium(now New Era Field) home of the NFL Buffalo Bills. It was the first outdoor regular-season professional ice hockey game to be played in the United States. 71,217 people attended the game, setting an NHL attendance record. The Penguins defeated the Sabres 2 to 1 on Sidney Crosby's shootout goal scored past Sabres goalie Ryan Miller. Brian Campbell (BUF) and Colby Armstrong (PIT) had the regulation goals while Ales Kotalik (BUF), Kris Letang (PIT), and Crosby had shootout goals.

STYLE: Hooded sweatshirt with large front pocket. Hood has drawstring. Screen printed logo on the chest.
