Can you expedite my order?

💫 An upgrade to priority mail is offered at checkout. However, processing time still applies. If you plan to pay for priority mail but need it even quicker, I can sometimes shorten my processing time if specially requested PRIOR to purchasing. Send me a message and I will let you know what I can do to help! If you are in a time crunch, I almost always have some ready-made items on a 1 business day processing time, just message me if you need help determining which items will ship in 1 business day :) *Please be prepared for USPS shipping delays, even on priority mail, as we get closer to Christmas*

How long does shipping take?

Actual delivery is in the hands of the post office and they can sometimes take longer. No guaranteed specific delivery dates / times are available. USPS Priority Mail (Approximately 2-4 business days once shipped). Where do you get your butterflies?

🦋 My insects are raised on butterfly farms and sanctuaries and allowed to live their full lifespan, which averages about 1 month, and then collected and sold so that their beauty can live on! Butterfly Farming actually helps to preserve rain forests and also assures the survival of natural butterfly habitats. Native people are encouraged to grow plants and raise insects opposed to clearing land for cash crops. I am a member of and donate to the Rainforest Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the Rainforest and the many species that live within it, including the Blue Morpho Butterfly! 🐛

We accept returns or exchanges requested within 14 days of when you received your package and shipped back within 30 days. Just send us a message :) Returns should be sent back in their original condition (in their original pouch with all included parts) with no signs of wear. Normal returns are refunded in full minus $4 (for the amount we paid in shipping) - unless waived due to an issue that was our fault of course! A restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not sent back in their original condition, show signs of wear, or are missing parts (fee will be equal to any loss in value). This trendy druzy bar necklace is made from real geode crystal with an iridescent "angel aura" finish for extra sparkle! Each real druzy crystal is cut into a rectangular shape and dipped in your choice of gold or silver plating. The pendant is then hung from 2 connectors to an 18" satellite chain, in your choice of gold tone metal or silver tome metal or an upgrade to Real 14k Gold filled or real Sterling Silver! 14K gold filled and Sterling chains will also be wire wrapped to the crystal for added durability!
