This has been a thoroughly disappointing purchase. It was very late in arriving (second week in October when purchased late August). I followed up with seller mid Sept when it was due to ship and they informed me it would be shipping that Friday. I then didn’t ship for another three weeks. Upon arrival, I realized that that black clock hands sent with the clock are not visible against the black background. I purchased the version with the bottom half painted black. I also thought the top was white, but it’s just natural wood. Looking back on the photo, it does look that way now but was not what I wanted. The final insult to injury is that clock hands provided do not keep time after just one day of use. :( The seller did send a set of coasters as acknowledgment of the late arrival.
