We do accept returns on some items. Items must be new and in unused condition.

We do our very best to make sure all of our orders are packed well in ecofriendly material depending on the order. Unfortunately as the package can travel up to thousands of miles to make it's way to you, there is always a possibility of it being mishandled along the way causing it to be damaged that we do not have control over. If the damaged please take a picture of the box and the item and we can submit a claim for you. Claims can take up to 14 days via the courier to be processed. We will let you know once we have an update!

These are so stunning and are fantastic quality! We are using them as the centerpieces for our wedding and are so excited. They also shipped on time and the seller was easy to contact with questions.

We got 5 of these to use for terrariums. They are not water tight, but we are using aquarium safe silicone to seal them. The gold is shiny and bright, the glass is perfect, and it’s exactly what we wanted.
