The Eat Sleep Knit charm is made from stainless steel and measures 19 mm by 22 mm. The charm is not reversible, the back is blank. The bracelet is a waxed braided rope and measures 7.25" with a 1-2" extender (see last picture). The lobster clasp is zinc alloy. The black cord bracelet can be personalized with a .5" silver plated disc stamped with the initial of your choice.
