Most orders placed by 5 pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship the within 2 days. Orders placed after 5 pm on Thursday through Sunday at 5 pm, generally will ship on Monday or Tuesday. If you have special needs, please contact us, but in some cases same day shipping is not available.

USPS First Class, which is stated as 3 - 5 business days & Priority Mail is stated as 2 - 3 business days

Every order is shipped with a USPS Tracking Number.

If for some reason your tracking states delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number. They can look up the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery location, and to file missing package claims with the carrier if tracking shows as delivered. Package theft is not covered by shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. We will provide you with a package description.

If your order has not shipped yet, please request to cancel the order and then place the order again with the correct shipping address. We must ship to the address provided when the order is placed.

If your order has already shipped you can contact the carrier and ask to have the shipping address changed (they may charge a fee for this). You can also contact the occupant of the shipping address and make them aware that a package for you will arrive at their address and make arrangements with them to obtain your package.

Cricket Creek Baking cannot be responsible for the replacement or refund of items that were not received by the buyer due to an incorrect shipping address being provided.

Cookie Cutter Care Instructions
Ann Clark's tin-plated steel cookie cutters are NOT dishwasher safe!
To clean and prevent rust, hand wash and dry thoroughly immediately. Do not allow cutters to sit immersed in water.
Handy Drying Tip For Preventing Rust:
Wash your cookie cutters and baking sheet(s) immediately after baking.
AFTER turning off your oven, place the cookie cutter(s) on the washed cookie sheet and place in the cooling oven. Let the remaining warmth of the oven dry your cookie sheet(s) and cutter(s). This tip can also apply to other kitchen items made of tin plated steel including decorating tips and spring foam pans.

Returns must be in original unused/factory sealed still new condition to receive a refund.
Cricket Creek cannot issue refunds based on personal taste preference or improper use of an item.
