Most monthly kits you are able to select the month that you would like to appear on your header. Just select from the drop down "Month" to select which month you would like to appear on the header.

Matte finish is a non removable matte finish paper. Premium matte is a buttery smooth finish.

Average transit times are:

CANADA ... 2-7 business days

US ... 10-21 business days

INTERNATIONAL ... 15-30 business days

* Business days only entails week days and non-holidays
* Transit times are usually extended during busy holiday seasons

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait at least three more weeks to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was undeliverable or to be considered lost. If nothing shows up in that time frame then please message me here on Etsy to try to figure out a solution.

If tracking was not originally purchased there may be possible reshipment fees in the event of reshipment.

You have the option to select tracking during checkout. If you do not purchase tracking, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post and replacement for lost packages will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
