I prefer to use heavyweight white matte photo paper for my prints as I believe it works best. But you really can use whatever type of stock you like, whether it be matte or glossy, white or coloured paper - it just depends on what type of look you are going for :)
You have 3 options:

1. Print them instantly at home
2. Get them printed via your local print shop, e.g. Snappy Snaps, Staples, Walgreens
3. Upload the files to an online printing service, e.g. www.instantprint.co.uk or www.shutterfly.com
