This jigsaw puzzle has been cut by hand from high-quality 1/4" 5-ply birch plywood using an electric scrollsaw. Note that it has NOT been cut by a laser or waterjet device. It is available for immediate delivery.

The image is a graphical representation of the mathematical concept of a Lie Group E8. As I understand it, the image is a 2D representation of an 8D structure! The eight dimensions are represented by different colors. I don't pretend to understand the concept, but I thought it would make a good jigsaw puzzle, and it has indeed!

The puzzle measures 8" in diameter, with 295 pieces, including my signature Turtle piece, which is numbered, signed and dated on the back. The puzzle is aimed at adults and older children, and is not suitable for young children, due to its difficulty and small pieces.

The puzzle is supplied unassembled in a sturdy handcrafted plywood box with sliding lid.

No guide picture is supplied, since serious puzzlers generally prefer to work without one. If you think you will need a guide, please print the image from this listing.

This puzzle is NOT suitable for young children due to a possible CHOKING HAZARD.

I am new to Etsy, and consequently have little Etsy feedback. However, I have been selling for some years on eBay, and you can see my eBay feedback here:
