This is an add-on purchase for USA orders only; choose the total length of garland you are ordering and add this to your cart for us to rush the production of your order. This means your order will be made and shipped out within the next two business days from the date you place your order.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which has a 2-3 business day delivery time, unless you choose to upgrade to Priority Mail Express, in which case the delivery time is reduced to 1-2 business days. This means you should receive your order within a week from the time you place it, either way.

EXAMPLE: You place your order on a Monday with Rush Order Production. Your order will be shipped out by Wednesday. *You will receive it by either Friday or Saturday.

*Provided there are no postal holidays during this period, and provided USPS makes no errors or delays during delivery. We are not responsible for any errors or delays made by USPS once we do our part to ship out on time. These errors and delays by USPS Priority Mail are rare (less than 2% of orders) but they are always a possibility. Sundays and postal holidays do not count as business days.

Returns and exchange details

We only accept returns under the conditions outlined below:

We do our absolute best to represent our products accurately. All photos are professionally captured in bright, natural lighting conditions with a color-accurate, high-end camera so that colors are as true as possible. Bear in mind that using the products in sub-optimal lighting can affect your perception of the colors and/or metallic properties, and that miscalibrated computer monitors can show you a different color on your screen than what is true.

In the instance there is an actual error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product to you, we will ship the correct product out to you right away once you notify us of our error with a photograph of the incorrect products we sent, if you would still like to receive the correct product. We can also gladly refund your original purchase and shipping charges for this type of error if it has caused you to miss your event and you no longer wish to receive the correct product. You will not be charged any additional fees for our error(s).

As most of our garlands are made-to-order and not kept in stock, we cannot refund your order if you are simply unhappy with information that was available beforehand by reading the full listing description (product dimensions, colors, length etc.) All these details are included in listing descriptions; please read carefully. This is not an error on our part and we are unable to do returns for these reasons.

Each quantity ordered is for (1) strand of garland that is either 5-foot or 10-foot long. You may message us for custom lengths.

We do not do returns or refunds on custom orders that are produced as requested.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we have begun making your order, we will not refund/cancel the order simply because you changed your mind. This can be as soon as two hours from the time of your order.

Shipping policies

Shipping & handling costs will be automatically combined as you add additional items to your cart. All orders ship in a box for maximum protection—no exceptions. We have never once had a complaint of a damaged product because of this, so it is effective.

All international orders ship via USPS First Class International Package. Price and delivery time varies by country.

Additional policies

Warning: All products with lengths of thread or string, such as garland, pose a choking and strangulation hazard to babies, children and animals. Please do not leave babies, children or pets unsupervised with these products.

It is NOT recommended to hang garland above your baby's crib, within their reach or anywhere they could have access to it if it fell down. Doing so can result in choking, strangulation and even death.
