Deliveries :
Tracking number
Once we have despatched the order and the customer has received there tracking number from us then it’s the customers responsibility to track, follow up and co-ordinate the delivery with the courier, and if necessary to deal with any damages caused by the courier, which is very rare. Please rest assured we shall fully assist is such matters were possible.
If there are any issues with the delivery then please email - admin@artz-i.com, and we will do our utmost to assist and to resolve any problems.
If you find you are having to contact the courier for any reason then please keep your emails / chat history, names dates and times with them where possible as a proof of contact.
The customer has 14 days from the time of receiving the tracking number to notify the courier or email admin@artz-i.com of any problems or issues with the delivery, if this time period is exceeded then we are not able to take any liability whatsoever, though we will do our utmost to assist, were possible.
In the rare case when a parcel is handed over by the courier damaged, or the parcel is received damaged then please sign for it as received damaged or, please take videos and photos before opening of the complete packaging and the contents also, this is in the rare case there are any damages caused by the couriers whilst in transit etc.
IMPORTANT Notice :
The Courier Company requires a Delivery Contact Phone Number (DCPN) for each order is a necessity, as in the very rare event that the courier is unable to find your address or to arrange delivery.
Once you have placed your order please message, through Etsy messenger, your DCPN, we may also send you a message for this, this needs to be done within 24hrs of placing the order, if we do not receive it then we will make 3 attempts requesting this number if we do not receive it then we shall ship the item without the DCPN at the buyers own risk.
Returns
Customers have a maximum of 14 Days following the despatch date to report to us of any issues regarding the order, including non delivery of your order. Following this time period we will not be able to guarantee any assistance, refunds etc.
If you change your mind and wish to return, exchange , refund or receive a credit note for stock items that are purchased from the physical gallery or online there is no problem you may do so within our terms and conditions, at your return delivery cost, all we ask is that you email us and return your order within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
“Made to Order” items
Please note most of our products are not mass made and are individually manufactured or finished in house .
These products are clearly marked “Made to Order” on the website. This can be checked in the product categories section.
If “Made to Order” items need to be returned after purchasing there will be a 30% Stocking charge. Please email us before purchasing to confirm the item you are buying is a “Made to Order” item.
Please check the product listing for all information or contact us for further product details before purchasing and we will do our utmost to assist. We can also send further photos and videos to assist if so required.

Bespoke / Custom orders
Once bespoke / custom orders have been placed and the production has started then we are unable to cancel the order, and is then non refundable.
However if a bespoke order does need to be cancelled and we are notified early enough then we may be able to refund a percentage of the value of the order though this will depend on how far the order has been completed, this would have to be discussed and confirmed at the time of cancellation.

Framing hand made paintings.
When one is opting to add a frame to a paintings order please note the frame is specifically made for the painting hence the the framing aspect will be classed as a “Bespoke / Custom order” item and the “Bespoke / Custom order” terms apply, please see above.
Please email us at the earliest possible notice at sales@ARTZ-I.COM to inform us of your intention to return goods and whether you are looking for an exchange or a refund. Goods must be returned to the address shown below, please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return. We strongly recommend you use some form of recorded delivery and take out insurance cover for your returns as we unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged goods. The original delivery charge nor the cost of returning will be refunded. Furniture and equipment orders may be subject to additional conditions, please see below for details.
Faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods
We take great care to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect or damaged goods are received (or where goods you expected to arrive haven't) you must inform us by email within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery to admin@artz-i.com. We will arrange a collection of the goods (at our cost) and send out replacements as soon as possible. If it is more convenient for you to send the goods back to us, then please inform us and we will send a confirmation for you to return the goods using recorded delivery and we will reimburse you for the couriers cost of this, but we need to confirm the return before you send it otherwise we can not guarantee a return or refund.
Returning Sale Goods
Wishing to return goods bought in a "Sale" which had the free delivery offer, and with in the terms and conditions, then this delivery cost will be deducted of the refund following return, and cost for returning the delivery will be the customers responsibility, all we ask is that you email us and return your order within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging
Goods that are in the Final Sale / Clearance / Seconds - due to the very low retail price goods are priced to clear, so they are non exchangeable or refundable. We are more than happy to assist with further information before the purchase, including further information, photos and videos if required.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 3 months from issue date. This can be extended 14 days before expiry, please contact the admin team on admin@artz-i.com.

Colours & Finishes
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note : All our Stone Art is made from real Natural Turkish Travertine stone, hence as far as the stone texture, shade and finish goes each piece is unique and fits into our desired design theme of being aged and antique, so no two pieces of stone will be exactly same . Therefore our Stone Art seen on our product listing will be slightly different in texture, shade and finish to the one you will receive, however please rest assured the desired design and the overall aged antique look on stone will be the same.
Availability
Many of our featured items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, their stock cannot always be refreshed.

Due to the COVID-19 situation and Government advice -
There may be some delays of up to 2 weeks on some of the products, you may email us to find out before placing the order or after you have placed the order we will notify you accordingly if there are any delays for you purchase.
Likewise please be aware there may also be some short delays caused by the courier companies as well.
