Cocobolo Rosewood Name Chopsticks, Custom Personalized, Carved to Order

I carve my Cocobolo Rosewood name chopsticks with ANY NAME up to 10 letters (each stick). Cocobolo is a true Rosewood from Mexico. It is a very hard, durable and beautiful wood.

Since each stick is carved individually, you can order the same name/word on each OR two different names/words for the pair. The names are free-hand carved, not engraved into the wood (see video). The sticks are then tapered by hand to match and measure approximately 8 3/8 inches long and taper from about 5/16” to 3/32". They are finished with a food-grade oil finish.

Due to the very nature of wood, all pieces are unique. Each pair of chopsticks are "bookmatch" cut from the same block of wood for best grain match. Color variances and grain differences are inevitable and appreciated. Natural defects like tight knots and mineral discolorations are NOT avoided unless they threaten the strength of the piece.

2.) CHOPSTICKS w/ TABLE REST: ~ $50.00 ~ One pair of personalized chopsticks with matching table rest (Hashi Oki). The table rest is about 3/8 x 3/8 x 1 ½ inches, with semi-circular holds to keep your chopsticks from rolling around.

I usually carve and ship within 2-3 days, but it may take longer during peak holiday times (October - December). Be aware, Etsy's arrival estimates tend to be overly optimistic. If time is an issue, contact me first for a more accurate production time.

***CHOPSTICK MAINTENANCE***: My chopsticks should be hand-washed, but NEVER soaked or left resting in hot food. Frequent coats of plain mineral oil and/or beeswax, especially after the first few uses, will protect and help keep them looking fresh.

My chopsticks are individually shaped by hand and are labor intensive. I do not offer discounts for bulk ordering on these. Please beware of "spoof" sites offering these. I currently ONLY sell here on Etsy and am the only one carving them in this manner (as far as I know).

U.S. SHIPPING: Ground Advantage (USPS) shipping is included within the United States. Priority Mail is offered at additional cost and will be "combined" with multiple items ordered from my shop. Once mailed, shipping and delivery times are beyond my control. USPS Tracking numbers will be supplied but please know that they are only accurate about 80% of the time.
