Processing time: usually it takes 1-3 business days. Shipping to the U.S and Europe usually takes 7- 14 business days Express shipping: 3- 5 business days. Sometimes longer due to customs/holidays. The items will be shipped to your Etsy address. Please make sure the address is correct. If you want it to be shipped to another address, send me a message. I offer a 21-day return policy, If any problem arises, please contact me and let me know about it and I will find a solution. If a return is needed, you can return the item for a refund minus 5% for handling and restocking fees. Items must be returned in the original package with pad envelope/box and in the original condition. In case of returning item that got damage on the way back to me, or stack in the custom, more fees will be charged. In case of a defective or damaged item, please send me a note with explanation and photos of the items. Usually, all shipping and handling costs will be refunded in this case. We apologize for the inconvenience, but personalized of all kind or custom orders cannot be returned.
