Incorrigibles Tote Bag
The words on this tote bag were developed at a young women's summer workshop in Hudson, NY. Girls came up with a list of words; stigmatizing labels used to define and confine young women, and then the girls chose words they would use to describe themselves.
*** Your purchase of a t-shirt supports the Incorrigibles Project, which investigates the history and present of youth justice for girls. Funding will be used to create exhibitions, workshops, a documentary website, and printed book.
