Right now I'm only accepting PayPal. If you are unable to use PayPal, I might be willing to accept other forms of payment. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss other payment methods. Also as a special service to those local to me, there is the possibility we can arrange cash/check payment and avoid an etsy transaction/etsy fees all together, just let me know!

» CUSTOM ORDERS
I am happy to make custom orders, however, I will not start making a custom item until I have received payment. Again, this can be negotiated for some local customers. You can pay me at the time of upon receipt of your item. This is also dependent upon WHAT you are ordering.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

No Refunds, All Sales Are final! HOWEVER, I realize with sizes it might be a little tricky. In these cases, I am willing to set up an exchange but you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to me and I will pay to have the new size to you. Please understand, that the same turnaround time will apply to the new size item as well.

Items In Stock: Should ship in 1-3 days.
Custom / Made to Order Items: May take a few weeks depending on the current pending orders. I will send an email upon shipment and all orders within the US will include tracking numbers.

If you need an item in a hurry, RUSH ORDERS are available for an additional $10.00 (hat), $20.00 (amigurumi) or $30.00 (blanket). This puts your item at the top of the list as well as upgrades your order to priority shipping. Please send me a message me BEFORE purchasing if you'd like a rush order.
