Returns and exchange details

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you need to contact us via email for a Return Authorization form. Returns must be made with in 21 days of purchase.

Items must be returned first and in the same new condition as shipped to you in order to receive a refund less your shipping cost.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. we pack item(s) securely when shipping to customers and utilize tracking to help prevent lost items.

If you receive a piece and it is damaged, Let us know immediately and also report to the carrier.
