Description

We are very honored to present a hand signed limited edition lithograph by famed political cartoonist Paul Conrad (1924-2010) titled Money Family Values. The cartoon depicts the men of the Bush Family, including two of our past presidents, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush, along with just recently past presidential candidate Jeb Bush. The edition size is only 25, and this particular lithograph is numbered 5 of 25.

The lithograph is framed in a black aluminum frame. The piece measures 11"W x 14"H x 1"D. Please note that there is some water damage on the bottom portion of the lithograph. It appears that while the picture was being cleaned, water may have leaked under the glass. The watermark extends directly below Mr. Conrad's signature and Family Values wording of the lithograph. This is the condition in which we acquired this item.

Here is some additional information about Mr. Conrad. Paul Francis Conrad (June 27, 1924 – September 4, 2010) was an American political cartoonist and winner of three Pulitzer Prizes for editorial cartooning. In the span of a career lasting five decades, Conrad provided a critical perspective on eleven presidential administrations in the United States. He is best known for his work as the chief editorial cartoonist for the Los Angeles Times. Conrad is a 3 time winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning in 1964, 1971 and 1984.

This is such a great addition to collectors of political satire. This would make a great gift for any occasion from birthdays, Christmas, and Hanukah.

IMPORTANT: Please note that although we make every effort to carefully edit our photos to get the color as close as possible - actual color may vary slightly not only from monitor to monitor but also from PC to Mac.
