Description

Dali Lobster Brooch

Inspired by the great artist Salvador Dali and his fantastic surrealist artwork.

The lobster telephone is one of his most famous and instantly recognisable pieces. Our interpretation is made from glittery red acrylic with a super detailed black gloss telephone.

Brooch measures 10cm x 6cm. Also available as a necklace.

Returns and exchange details

As per distance selling regulation you have the right to a refund within 14 days after delivery. 20% restocking fee applies. We are happy to do so regardless of your reasons. Return shipping at the expense of the buyer.

Please note that this does not apply to custom made pieces as these are non returnable & non refundable, unless they are damaged in which case we will offer replacement or full refund.

This same policy applies to end of line and sale items.

However please note that because we use the Royal Mail we are therefore bound by their shipping policies which means that the above delivery timelines are mere guides and it may take up to 25 working days minus weekends and public holidays for a parcel to be delivered Internationally.

We therefore cannot agree to any refunds and or redeliveries as well as replacements until the specified time has elapsed.

Please be understanding of this and do not open any cases until this time frame has been met. If a case has been opened before the time frame is met we reserve the right to refuse any refunds, replacements and redeliveries.

Additionally it is the buyers explicit responsibility to keep their delivery adresses and vital information current and accurate before making any purchases with us, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds, replacements or redeliveries on orders with incorrect information held on file and associated with Etsy accounts.

We offer registered shipping with tracking numbers as a separate listing within our shop. This is the only way that we can agree to any refunds or replacements if an order does not get delivered to your door.

Please note that standard shipping - (Royal Mail First Class) only offers a basic service in that it only provides a shipping confirmation number and does not offer tracking numbers.

If you require a custom made piece please get in touch. It might take us few days to get everything done (design, cutting and assembly) but we will get there in the end!

Please note that due to the nature of customized orders, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless the item has been damaged, missing or stolen. In which case we will grant a refund or replacement without hesitation.

We live for bespoke designs, if you have something in mind then please send us an Etsy convo with your idea, possible colours or materials, an idea of how large you would want it and if possible an image of what you have in mind (a photo of your inspiration would be great!)

Also please remember that all of our laser cut pieces can be customised, so if you would like a message engraved- let us know before you purchase and we can send you a quote.
