Small dents, marks and scratches due to pliers are a completely normal part of the art process, all the wire I bend has these small marks.

You will receive exactly what you ask for in the note to seller area at checkout. Due to the quantity of orders I hand make in a day, I am unable to send a proof to each buyer. Feel free to view my social media sites, as I post photos sent from happy customers.

All available colors are in the last photo of each listing. Please note that different monitor set ups and whether natural or artificial light is used can slightly effect the color you see on screen vs what you receive.

As I use natural wood hangers, they are prone to burls, knots, slight warping, and slight splitting. If it's a painted hanger the paint will cover most of these defects if they are present.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to me. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to me and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Personalized items are custom made to order just for you therefore I do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the your request and expense.
