This is a very confusing review. I have made attempts via email and convo to have the buyer help me understand the reason for the four stars and have had no response. With "I love it and it fits perfectly" and all the hearts and smiles, I am just seeking an explanation. My shop has been open on Etsy since 2010 and until the last three reviews from the same person, I've never had a "less than a 5 star review". Because she bought three hats, I even included an extra designer hat for her as a gift. It really is sad when three reviews can bring a perfect five star rating down to a four star rating. It would be nice to know the reason for the four stars.
