Safety being the main focus for any puppy parent, each piece has been triple stitched at all stress points to keep the durable, high quality hardware in place. Each collar is outfitted with your choice of a gold metal, silver metal, or black plastic buckle. The strong, quick release buckle is curved for maximum comfort.

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for production & 2-5 days for delivery.

RUSH PRODUCTION & PRIORITY SHIPPING-

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for production & 2-3 days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-

All International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Our current production time is 15-10 business days. After your package has shipped, delivery is typically within 10-14 business days however it can take up to 6 weeks. First Class Mail DOES NOT include tracking or insurance. We strongly suggest upgrading to Priority Mail for faster delivery with tracking. Please contact us for all upgraded shipping options.

**EXCHANGE POLICY**

Due to the fact that each Crew LaLa™ product is custom made by hand to order, we do not accept returns. Please be sure you are ordering with our SIZE CHART in mind. If a collar or leash needs to be exchanged for a different size, there will be a $10 production charge per item that must be remade. Merchandise should be returned in its original unused condition. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees associated with exchanging an item.

For exchanged goods, please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please note that exchanges are not applicable for custom designs or collars with engraved buckles.

An invoice will be sent to the customer with exchange/shipping charges & must be paid in full before the exchange will be added to the production schedule.

Find the right fit for your pup! Measure his or her neck's exact circumference with a soft tape measure to determine which size is appropriate. Please note that we have already factored in some extra room for comfort, so no need to add any spare inches to the length!

CARE-

To keep your Crew LaLa accessories spic and span, all collars and leads are washable. We suggest hand washing in mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Do not machine wash. For added protection, apply **Scotchgard™ to your collar before use. To prevent your buckle from becoming overly scratched, we recommend refraining from attaching metal dog tags to your collar. Extend the life of your Crew LaLa products by alternating your favorite styles - after all, they are your dog's only true accessories!

**DISCLAIMER: Please do not use Scotchgard™ if your dog has any skin allergies.

The color is much darker and more faded than in the photo, which was my main disappointment. The clasps holding the bowtie to the collar look and feel rather cheap, but you don't see them when the dog is wearing them, which is a plus to a negative. The fabric is rather rough and tough, but I suppose it is a dog collar after all and the bowtie needs to hold its shape. So I can understand that part of it. The buckle looks obviously like metal painted gold. Thought I would get more bang for the buck since it is expensive. I recommend breaking it in on a toy or doll before giving it to your dog to soften the fabric a bit first.
