Description

Important timing note: I will be going out of the country for 3 weeks at Christmas time. If your event is Dec, Jan or early Feb, it is important that you order no later than mid-October. My store will be closed while I am away.

Every card box from me is custom made with colors and accents to match your special event. It will hold lots of cards and keep them secure during your wedding reception or other special event.

I use paper mache boxes that are painted with an acrylic paint.

If you would like a different font on the placard that says your name, just give me a font name from the internet or tell me the style of your wedding and I will suggest something. Unless you specify specific accents (like flowers), I will pick a ribbon and flowers to match the colors you have given me and will email you an image before I apply them in case you would like changes.

When you place your order, please provide the following info in the Notes to Seller section:

Boxes come in two sizes. Please choose the option you need in checkout:

♥ Large which is 10"x10"x 14" and holds 120-140 cards
♥ Extra Large which is 12"x12"x17" and holds 200-220 cards

If you would like colors other than what are shown, please convo me and email me a color name or swatch that you would like me to match. I custom make my paints and can match just about anything.

It takes 2-3 weeks for me to ship your order once I have all of the information needed to make your card box. I will send you a final picture to approve before I ship it out. If you need your box sooner, please contact me. Many times I can accommodate rush orders.

All items are custom made to match your event. As such, all sales are final.

Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of a custom listing that has been created for you or your listing will be canceled and your production time will be released in the schedule.

Returns & exchanges

As each order is custom made for you, I can not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged in shipment. You will always receive an email from me with an image of your final product before I ship it. If you are not satisfied with it at that time, I will work with you to come up with a resolution.

Refunds are not given on down payments for invite orders if you decide you do not want to move forward after the design process has started. That cost covers my time investment into the design of your invite.

I take great care in wrapping your product so that no damage occurs in shipping. If it does, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the product. I will work with you to get a replacement sent out or refund if your event timing is too tight to replace it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me immediately. I usually begin working on your order within a day. My policies on cancellation are as follows:
- If your custom order has not been designed for you yet - a full refund will apply.
- If your custom order has been designed but is not yet in production - a 75% refund will apply (except for down payments on invite orders, which are not refundable if I have sent you designs)
- If your custom order is designed and in production, no refunds are provided.

Shipping policies

I ship via USPS. You will receive a shipment tracking number on all of my items (with the exception of the sample invites).

For the 48 contiguous US states, please allow at least 1-2 weeks after you have recieved shipping notification for your order to arrive. For Hawaii and Alaska, please allow 4-5 weeks.

For international, I can not estimate a delivery time due to various timing to get through customs.

If you need expedited shipping, please let me know and I will set up a separate listing for you with additional shipping costs.

Additional policies

Once I have all the necessary info (fonts, colors, style, etc) and you have approved the design, I will start production of the items when payment is received. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after that. If you need a rush order, let me know. If I am not busy, I will do everything possible to meet your deadline.

I love custom design requests! If you like the style of one of my items but want different elements or different wording, please let me know.
