Women's Energy Cycle

While we are aware of the outer cycles of the natural world, we sometimes forget the extremely powerful cycles turning inside our own bodies. Women menstruate roughly in time with the phases of the moon (roughly every 29.5 days). Society teaches us to hide our feminine cycle and to bare it as a burden or a nuisance. But what if we appreciated the Menstrual cycle as the source of our energy, wisdom and creativity? Womb Yoga teacher Lou Horgan is the expert behind this print’s design and knowledge. The Native Circles Women’s Energy Cycle Journal is also available to track your own cycle and begin to understand more about what moves in you.

Native Circles are a set of simple illustrations that create space for nature connection and self reflection in our living space. Native Circles are now available as an interactive wooden wheel that can be placed on a table or mounted on the wall.

It is recommended but not essential to purchase your wheel with the specially designed wooden stand. This allows you to interact with the wheel by turning it with the changing season or cycle. Each stand has space for 3 wheels allowing you to build up a collection of your favourite cycles.

Slow down to check in on the moon phases or reflect on the seasonal changes around you. These cycles can offer us perspective, flow and a sense of grounding in the world around us.

Think of them as a field guide to a simpler life more connected with the wonder of the natural world.

This wheel is every bit as beautiful in reality as the photo suggests. I purchased it, along with Emily's Wheel of the Year, for two friends, and both were ecstatic about the quality, detail and imaginative concept behind the pieces, not to mention their beautiful packaging! These are creations to be treasured. I'd go so far as to say that every home ought to have one.

I ordered two Wheel of the Year Calendar's and they both arrived today - in time for Christmas. One is for our home and the other is a wedding present for a recently married couple. I am thrilled with them. It looks and feels beautiful and I love that you can turn it to each new position for specific inspiration based on the season. A wonderful infusion of Celtic wisdom. My ten year old was home sick from school when they arrived and he instantly loved it saying "it's very spiritual and it's amazing how it's hand-made. How did Emily even do that?" I don't think I could write a better review. Thank you Emily Robyn Archer.
