If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Please email us with a brief explanation as to why you want to return the item. You may email us through "Etsy Messages". We will then review your request. If return is approved we will then email you a return authorization number. Refunds cannot be processed without an authorization number.
Most of our items are one of a kind so we cannot offer exchanges but we will be happy to give a refund if the item has its original tag attached to the item and is in its original packaging. No refund will be given for the original shipping and handling fee.

Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 7 day period are only eligible for store credit. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. JRK Gems & Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a detailed note with your name, email address and authorization number with your return.
