Each mug is crafted for everyday use; comfortable to hold, durable and of the highest quality. The clays and glazes that I use are all non-toxic and lead and cadmium free so you'll know your mug is safe to use year after year.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there are special circumstances involved please contact me, maybe I can help.

If your purchase is damaged in shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. Please take photos of damaged items with original packing materials and send the photos to me through a conversation or email the Photos to ozarkpots@gmail.com. If the shipping method you chose included insurance, I can use these photos to file a claim with USPS which means I can give you a full refund immediately or arrange for a replacement of equal value (with free shipping), whichever you choose.

If you wish to ship the damaged item back to receive a refund, mail your product to OzarkPots, 6049 Greers Ferry Rd. Greers Ferry Arkansas US 72067. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received, I will send you an email or conversation on Etsy to notify you that I have received your returned item.

At that time, a full refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
