This pattern and yarn was inspired by an image of the coral reef, the blue dropped stitches represent the ocean and the multi coloured garter stitch depicts the vibrant coral. 

The pattern create an asymmetrical shawl. It uses 4 ply yarn and is knit on 3mm 100cm circular needles. It uses approximately 820m yarn.

The finished blocked shawl measures approximately 190cm x 135cm x 90cm
