Description

This seasonal packed tinker tray/ sensory bowl/ light table translucents kit would be great in any Montessori/ Reggio Inspired/ or Waldorf classroom, homeschool, preschool, or at home on a nature table. Have fun with numbers, using the loose parts as math manipulatives, and roll the die to teach early math skills!!

Loose parts are simple treasures that inspire children to naturally explore, sort, pattern, build, play, use their imagination, problem solve and create personal masterpieces.
Instead of a toy created with only a single function, loose parts allow children to play without limits.

This beautiful seasonal fall leaf bowl is full of fun, natural, sensory items to sniff, listen to, and explore. With textures, bells, and natural smells (cinnamon/anise), it's sure to please any sensorial explorer!!

"Sensorial comes from the words sense or senses. As there are no new experiences for the child to take from the Sensorial work, the child is able to concentrate on the refinement of all his senses, from visual to stereognostic.
The purpose and aim of Sensorial work is for the child to acquire clear, conscious, information and to be able to then make classifications in his environment. Montessori believed that sensorial experiences began at birth. Through his senses, the child studies his environment. Through this study, the child then begins to understand his environment. The child, to Montessori, is a “sensorial explorer”.

AMAZING!!! I’m blown away with our dinosaur sensory bin! My daughter cannot get enough of it. There are so many different ways for her to explore and play all while learning! Such a great gift!!!
I moved the sand over to a plastic bin I bought at ikea because it had a lid and can be stacked with her other sensory bins.
