We know how exciting it is planning gifts to friends and loved ones! So, although rare, we understand if you miss a step or two when placing your order. If we have questions about your order, we will message you as soon as possible to prevent any delays in processing time. We will make 3 attempts to contact you using both the Etsy message system and the email provided with your order. In the unlikely event that you don't respond within 48 hours, your order will be placed on hold until we can get those answers. After all, you want your gift to be exactly what you expected, right?

Need to upgrade to a tumbler? Misspelled a name or forgot one altogether? Your cat jumped on the computer and ordered Gold instead of Rose Gold?

We get it, changes happen! Although every case is different, please contact us through your order on the Etsy website and we'll do our best to accommodate all requests.

Although we'd much rather make your gift :), we do accept cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase, however, any requests after that will be on a case by case basis.

In the case of returns or exchanges, please note that since each aspect of every gift is customized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. That being said, if you do have questions or concerns about your order once you've received it, please contact us through your order on the Etsy website and we'd be happy to talk with you.

As soon as the gift ships, you'll be provided with a tracking number to see it every step of the way to your doorstep.

ATTENTION: Please keep track of your gift(s) and be aware of when it will be delivered. Unfortunately, there are more packages being stolen than normal and it is your responsibility to make sure you or the person receiving the gift(s) is there to accept the item once it arrives.

Oh no! First, please know that the delivery dates provided once the item(s) shipped are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not USPS and therefore are not in control of the transit process after its shipped. If the package has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, or says it has been "delivered", but you haven't received it, please try the following steps prior to contacting us:

1: Look up your tracking number on USPS.com
2: If the information given isn't clear, call your local post office that delivers your packages to get a better update.

If neither of those options provide answers, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find it.

We are as frustrated as you are because we pride ourselves on the quality of the gift when it's shipped!

If your item was damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item(s) and the packaging it came in within 48 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible and do not reimburse for orders that are stolen, or miss-delivered during transit. However, if a package is confirmed stolen, we are happy to offer a 50% discount coupon to purchase a new one and offer an expedited processing with it at no charge.

Often times a missing apartment number or misspelled street name will cause this. If a package is returned for any reason, we'll contact you immediately upon its arrival, but the shipping label cannot be reused. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the new shipping label.
