Our soft Grey “flocked”suede leather classic full clog. Made up on a Natural wood Low heel 1 3/4"-2”.
Made here with a collar band and Finished with a fine tan stitching around the collar. So fresh and classy.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Due to the nature of my product. Each pair is made Just for the customer ordering.
There are NO REFUNDS on any clogs made for your order. Unless they are already in stock. And I do not keep stock, so please be aware that you will not be able to get a full refund. You will be given a store credit for the amount of the clogs to try again or remake the original ones.
NOTE ON CUSTOM REQUESTS:
Please note that Custom requests are NON refundable if I have recreated a new design under your direction. If you are not happy with this custom pair, then I can issue you a store Credit for the amount of the clogs, minus the shipping. But No refunds on all Custom designs.
You have 1 week to contact me after you have received your clogs if there is a problem. After 30 days, if no contact has been made, there is no exchanges. if you decide later that you don't want them or changed your mind.
If they are defective we will provide service for them for 1 year after purchase. Please not that wooden soles are NOT part of this warrenty. This applies to leather and hardware only.
If your shoes do not fit, please return them to me in the EXACT same condition you received them in and I will remake or stretch the shoe for a more accurate fit. Clogs may not be worn inside or worn outside for a store credit. If shoes show wear I cannot take them back.
domestic US shipping will be comped on the return pair if we are responsible for the issue, otherwise. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. All shipping costs are not refundable.
If after our attempt to adjust the fit or style and you are still not happy, I will issue a refund, MINUS: the shipping and a 30% restocking fee If the item is woven, painted, or a custom special fitting or color combination.
If the item is in stock. No restocking fee will be taken.
All final sale clogs are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged
PLEASE RETURN SHOES IN SAME BOX AS YOU RECEIVED THEM. STANDING UPRIGHT SO THEY ARE NOT SMOOSHED AND MISHAPENED. IF CLOGS ARE RETURNED FLATTENED OR SMOOSHED, A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE REFUND TO GO TOWARD REFURBISHING THE CLOGS TO RESELL.

Sizing is a big issue when purchasing footwear on the Internet. All my clogs are pretty standard european sizing. Wooden heels and rubber comfort base sizing: 35=4 36=5 37=6 38=7 39=8 40=9 41=10
