The sizes in our descriptions and menus refer to the recommended pillow form/insert size use with that cover. For example: our 18x18” pillow cover is made to fit a standard 18x18” pillow form. The finished dimensions of the cover itself will be 0.5-2 inches smaller, depending on the size ordered, to insure the best fit. This is a common industry standard for decorative pillow covers and results in a full finished pillow with no saggy/baggy corners.
