Description

This gorgeous necklace is a head turner!! I started with hand crocheting a brass wire tube and paired it with a beautiful handbeaded spiral tube iI made in elegant metallic earthtone colors. It is finished with brass beadcaps, brass hook clasp and is adjustable. Necklace starts at 17" with an extension chain. It looks substantial and heavy but trust me, it is not, the look is very decieving. This is a very light and delicate necklace that goes with just about anything formal, classy or laid-back.

Returns and exchange details

I want you to be 100% happy with your jewelry. But sometimes, that is not always the case. You may not like the color, it may not fit you, it might just not be your style. Yep It happens! You may return your item within 7 days after receipt of your shipment if you change your mind. Please convo me so I can expect it. Items that are shipped back without prior CONVO will not be accepted and shipped back to you.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the item, except in the cases where the mistake is ours, eg. sending the wrong item, received damaged. Piece must be unworn and undamaged. Please use a proper shipping box and packaging to insure that piece is returned to us the way it was sent. When I receive the item, it will be inspected to make sure it is in good resalable condition and you will be refunded the purchase price of the item.

PDF PATTERN FILES: You can download my patterns all over the world!! Because this is a digital file, this is NOT a returnable product. Any questions about the pattern, convo me.

SHIPPING

Patricia Bowe Designs on Etsy ships USPS First Class Mail throughout the United States for orders up to $50.00. Orders over $50.00 ship free. Jewelry items are usually shipped in a gift box, however, when multiple items are purchased in one order, different packaging (an organza or velvet pouch) is chosen to save on weight and shipping cost. Orders $100 or more ship with signature confirmation.

NOTE: Shipping/arrival dates given by the USPS are an ESTIMATED delivery time. The 3-day shipping is NOT a guarantee. Holidays, bad weather, and other circumstances may/may not cause your order to be delivered after the 3-day period. See lost/missing items for more information below.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

This shop is NOT registered to collect VAT fees in this country. VAT charges are NOT included in the price of the items in this shop and the buyer is responsible for any taxes and fees levied by their government.

Please note that orders may take a lot longer to get to you depending on what country you are residing. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your order. What may only take 3 days to arrive within the US may take up to 3 weeks or more when shipping to another country.

Orders will not be listed as "Gift" on the customs form. Please do not ask as it is against the law to do so.

When placing your order, please make sure your address is correct and is recognized by the USPS system.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the rare event that your item does arrive damaged, contact me immediately. Please provide a photo if of the package/item if the item has arrived damaged for assessment before a return number and refund is issued.

LOST/MISSING ITEMS:

Items that never reach their destination after 30 days and is NOT marked as delivered, we will refund the original purchase price of the item (International orders 45 days)

If you contact us about a lost/missing package, but our records list your order as "Delivered", a refund cannot be issued. If this is the case, here are a few things to try to locate your package:

-Sometimes the post office will mark the item delivered and deliver it the next day (this has happened to me on many occasions)
-Check around the perimeter of your house to see if the carrier left it somewhere other than the front porch or door (I've found packages left behind my holly bush, so it happens.)
-Check neighbors to see if they have your package.
-Contact your local post office and file a lost/stolen claim.
-Contact your police department and file a stolen mail report.
