I loved making this fish! It was so much fun with detailed instructions. I enjoyed the flexibility and almost encouragement to use creative materials. I ended up stuffing the fins to give them more structure due to my fabric not being sturdy enough. It was such a hit with my baby nephew and brother!
Thank you so much- I love the pic!
I adore Mimi's work - this is my second gentleman, and he's absolutely incredible. The stitching, the varied materials, the incredible tattoo designs and placement, small details like the beautiful belt buckle all make such a unique and stunning piece. Thank you Mimi - your work makes me feel such warmth & joy.
I have been wanting write this review for a while now but never knew how to put my excitement into words. I have been following Mimi ever since I was a little girl. I remember watching a series called handmade portraits on YouTube where Mimi was featured and she instantly became someone I aspired to be! It was her that made me dream of becoming a doll maker. I knew one day I had to purchase one of these dolls from the lady who inspired me and I am happy to say that now I have two!! Hopefully one day I can get my hands on the little swaddled baby covered in roses! Thank you for everything Mimi!
Thank you so much! I am beaming!
Brilliantly designed. Flawlessly executed. I now have a gang of 5 (collected over the years) that live in my illustration studio—inspiring me and cheering me on. I am in awe of Kirchner’s work. So honored to be able to have it.
