Description

This is an Ivory cloche hat from the 1950s. It is from a local estate auction in Denver, Colorado. The hat is trimmed with velvet and ribbon. There are leaf like flowers on the side of the hat that have different Ivory color values which might be from age. This is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. No maker label remains. The hat has built in hat "clips" that help the hat stay on. The hat is not lined. This hat was in a large hatbox with several other hats from the same estate. We steamed the crown to take out some of the creases. We stored the hat in bubble wrap in a hat box to reshape it and recommend storing it this way to help it keep it's shape.

The hat is in good condition without holes or stains. There are still a few very small creases that should diminish over time and use of the hat. Please keep in mind that this is a vintage item. We only sell the best pieces that we can find.

Measures approximately 21 inches in circumference.

As we take great care to provide you with accurate measurements and through descriptions, we can not accept returns based on COLOR or POOR FIT. Please be familiar with the nature of vintage items and have reasonable expectations. Returns are only considered if we have made an error in the listing.

We are happy to answer any questions that you may have about our items; please send us your questions prior to purchase. The buyer must contact us with 48 hours of receiving the order if there is an issue. Items that have been purchased and worn for special events may not be returned as we do not offer costume rental.

We respectfully request that you CONTACT THE SHOP first, before leaving a neutral or negative review. Please allow us the opportunity resolve any issues that you may have. We will be happy to help you. If your item has been damaged in transit please inform by convo and email photos of the damage. Refunds will NOT be issued if the item is damaged by the customer.

We launder all washable items and treat them with fabric refresher before shipping. We leave Dry Cleaning up to the buyer on Dry Clean Only items such as delicate items and Coats.
