All home and garden décor products designed by Craftproquo are breakable by nature. For this reason, I pay careful attention to detail when packaging every selection. Your shipping charges include layers of packing materials that will ensure your product arrives in exactly the condition you expect. 

I use USPS priority shipping as much as possible because this selection offers insurance in case of damage and offers tracking of your purchase. In the event damage does occur, please notify me as soon as possible with a photo of the product's condition. This makes the process of submitting a claim with the postal service go much faster. Your item and its shipping cost will be refunded in the event of damage that occurs during shipping.

The adhesive used to create your home and garden décor selection/s is very durable. More durable, in fact than the dishware from which these items were repurposed (i.e. china, porcelain, crystal, and glass).

Garden decor such as bird feeders and garden flowers are designed to withstand a variety of weather patterns. However, if you live in an area where high temperatures are frequent, I do recommend placement of these products in a more shady area.

Home decor products such as cake stands are designed for indoor use. I recommend hand washing to ensure they stand the test of time. Remember, my designs are created from pieces that were not dishwasher safe in their first life. I do not recommend soaking.

>reinvent a beloved and bequeathed set of china by redesigning each piece into a special item each family member can cherish and use is his/her own way 

>search for pieces in a certain color or style to create a specific product of your choosing (ex: farm animal theme, or robins egg blue set)

>procure an entire set of china to create matching pieces for an event.

I am only limited by the types of second hand materials available in my area. I will do my best to accommodate any feasible request!
